Fleischer Cakes has an excellent selection of biscuits which are beautifully boxed and make the ideal small gift for a friend or simply take home and enjoy with tea or coffee. Our range includes ; Brutti ma Buoni, Buttery mini Shortbreads, Sultana Cookies, Florentines, Almond Bread and
many more. All of our biscuits are made by hand from the finest quality ingredients.

We have a terrific selection of small cakes and pastries which are sure to tempt the taste buds. Fresh cream chocoltae eclair, Fresh plum slice *our best seller!, Esterhazy
slice, Rum Baba', Dobosch torte slice, Chocolate log, Strawberry tarts, Lemon tarts, Italian custard cannoli, Vanilla slice, Puff pastry cream horns, Rum bavarois, MIni chocolate mud cakes. As well as our superb selection of cakes and pastries we have a range of tasty savoury favourites such as gourmet quiche, small pizzas, filled focaccia. All of our great, fresh products can be enjoyed in our welcoming, cozy cafe while reading the daily paper and sipping on delicious Vittoria Coffee. Catering enquiries are

WEDDING CAKES:

Fleischer Cakes would like to help you find the best possible cake for your wedding. Rich fruit cake with marzipan and firm icing is traditional and still very popular. Other cakes which lend themselves to the classic style are Chocolate Mud, White Chocolate Mud, Caramel Mud, Flourless Orange and Almond.
